360 Media CampaignLeading a comprehensive 360-degree campaign involves a lot of moving parts. From managing media buying from multiple media platforms, to developing and executing a strong social media strategy, ad copywriting, and the production and placement of content across multiple platforms in multiple languages for different target audiences – Working with the right teams and partners in the industry, we executed a 360 campaign with robust media presence, social media campaigns, radio ads, billboards and digital out-of-home ads positioned in key locations to maximize visibility. The campaign’s seamless integration across traditional and digital channels enhanced LTWP’s visibility and message resonance, establishing a strong connection with diverse audiences across the target audiences countrywide.
Sustainability Reporting:Tasked with transforming LTWP’s sustainability efforts into compelling narratives, I led the team that developed the 2022 and 2023 reports, driving assignments from research to writing, to visual and design collaboration. Through collection and data analysis, string narratives told in simple narratives and storytelling format that highlighted LTWP’s achievements in renewable energy and community development, while creating a narrative that resonated with diverse stakeholders.
The assignment involved aspects of; data collection, research and analysis, writing, editing, design and layout, fact checking and ultimately crowned by a high level stakeholder launch event in Marsabit County. The event drew over 100 attendees, strengthened LTWP’s reputation, and garnered significant media attention, reinforcing their commitment to sustainability in Kenya.

In 2023 and 2024, I led media relations and production support for the Medic East Africa conferences, a premier healthcare event drawing key industry players from across the continent. My role included coordinating press coverage, managing media engagements and one on one interviews, and ensuring seamless production elements to amplify the conference’s impact. From overseeing CSR initiatives like food donations in Kitui to storytelling for women’s empowerment projects in Samburu, I developed narratives that highlighted ABSA’s commitment to economic growth and social progress. Anti-Counterfeit Authority Awareness Campaign: While executing a national campaign for the Anti-Counterfeit Authority, we developed a robust PR strategy to educate the public on the dangers of counterfeit goods. My work included creating impactful educational content, coordinating media engagement, and executing public outreach events across major cities. Through targeted media briefings, private and public partnerships, and targeted digital campaign with interactive content, we drove significant media visibility and consumer engagement. The campaign’s success boosted public reporting of counterfeit goods and reinforced ACA’s role as a key advocate for consumer safety and economic protection.
BBC Nairobi Office Launch and Beyond Fake News Conference: Through a well-crafted strategic media campaign that spanned content development, media relations, and live event support. From press releases and op-eds to media packs and FAQs, the team developed materials that positioned BBC as a leader in the fight against misinformation. Coordinating one-on-one interviews and overseeing storytelling for a three-day hackathon on the fight against fake news, we ensured consistent messaging and high-impact visibility. The campaign concluded with the Beyond Fake News Conference, generating extensive media coverage and solidifying BBC’s influence in ethical journalism in East Africa.
Doctors for Healthy Living PR and Communications Campaign: I participated in a comprehensive PR and communications campaign for Doctors for Healthy Living, encompassing stakeholder engagement, partnership sourcing, event logistics, media buying, and strategic media relations. Through content development—including press releases, event materials, and media packs—I positioned the organization as a trusted voice in health advocacy. By facilitating press engagements, coordinating impactful storytelling, and managing logistical details, we ensured a cohesive and visible campaign. The initiative garnered strong media coverage and reinforced Doctors for Healthy Living’s role in promoting health and wellness across key networks and communities. Over 500 patients attended the inaugural free medical camp at Uhuru Park and got free medical checks and health meals from our partners, The Nairobi Hospital, Nairobi City Council, Mbagathi Hospital, Agakhan, amongst others.
